Sunstruck Solar is a veteran-owned residential solar company based in Orlando, Florida. This policy explains what information we collect on sunstruck.solar and go.sunstruck.solar, how we use it and the choices you have.
When you request a Bill Review, we collect your name, mobile phone number, email, home address and ZIP code, whether you own your home, your approximate summer power bill, your roof age and the best time to reach you. We also record the page you came from, the date and time, and your device and browser type. If you opt in to text messages, we keep a record of your consent, including the wording you agreed to, the time and the version of our form.
We use your information to contact you about your solar consultation, schedule and run your appointment, send the text messages you agreed to receive, follow up on quotes, and improve how we reach homeowners. We do not sell your personal information.
If you check the consent box on our form, you agree that Sunstruck Solar and its scheduling partner may contact you at the number you gave by call or text, including automated texts, about your solar consultation and our services. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support of our services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. This information will not be shared with any third parties.
We share your information with the scheduling partner that books your appointment, the software and service providers we use to run our business, and advertising platforms such as Meta, which receive a scrambled version of your contact details so we can measure how our ads perform. We may also share information where the law requires it. This does not include text messaging opt-in data or consent, which is never shared as described above.
The Site may use cookies and similar tools, including the Meta Pixel and analytics, to understand how people find and use the Site and to measure our advertising. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Doing so may affect how parts of the Site work.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections to the Site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We keep your information as long as we need it to serve you and to meet legal and business requirements, and then delete or de-identify it.
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing info@sunstruck.solar or calling 407-499-1291. To stop text messages, reply STOP to any message.
The Site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
