These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of sunstruck.solar and go.sunstruck.solar (the "Site") and to the Sunstruck SMS Alerts text-messaging program. "Sunstruck Solar," "we," "us" and "our" mean Sunstruck Solar. By using the Site or signing up for our text messages, you agree to these terms.

Using this website

The Site gives information about our residential solar services and lets you request a free Bill Review. You agree to give accurate information and to use the Site only for lawful purposes. The content on the Site is general information. It is not a quote, a contract or a promise of any amount of savings. Savings and system performance depend on your home, your roof, your usage and your utility.

Bill Review requests

Requesting a Bill Review does not obligate you to buy anything. The review is free, takes about 30 minutes and happens at your home. We schedule reviews with homeowners only, because the owner of the home has to decide on solar.

SMS Messaging Program

• What you will receive: appointment confirmations and reminders, quote follow-ups, and occasional promotional offers about residential solar from Sunstruck Solar.
• How you join: you opt in by checking the consent box on our Bill Review request form at sunstruck.solar/book and submitting your mobile number. We do not send text messages to anyone who has not agreed to receive them.
• Message frequency: varies. Typically 2 to 6 messages per month.
• Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.
• How to opt out: Reply STOP to cancel at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages.
• How to get help: Reply HELP for help, or contact us at info@sunstruck.solar or 407-499-1291.
• Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Consent: Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
• Your information: see our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information. No mobile information is shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

No guarantees

We work to keep the Site accurate and available, but we provide it "as is." We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, Sunstruck Solar is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss from using the Site.

Links and intellectual property

The Sunstruck Solar name, logo, text and images on the Site belong to us or are used with permission. Please do not copy or reuse them without our written permission. The Site may link to other websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. If you keep using the Site or the text program after a change, you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
